IT REALLY IS GORGEOUS!

Here is the front cover, that is inspired by my LOVE of French perfume labels, old-world Caribbean luscious design, like the exquisite illustrations on rum bottles and cigar boxes, and of course – FLOWERS!

When creating my DIARIES, I find the ‘muse’ for the book is in the front cover. For this year’s cover titled “Smells Like Caribbean Spirit” – I found myself falling down the rabbit hole of exquisite vintage illustrations.

I searched through pages and pages of gorgeous works from the wild and wacky 70’s through to Medieval masterpieces. Though some were faded and occasionally held scars from the ravages of time; they are none the less STUNNING and I was able to craft them into a cover and interior pages, that I am truly proud of. There is soooo much of my LOVE in this diary!
